Or better way - Open yourself.
I have talk to some bank in HONG KONG (Standart & Chartered and one other) by email and only thing needed for open a bank account (Saving + Current account + Debit card)
is :
- Come to HONG KONG branch for open the account (Bankers talk ENGLISH)
- Your Passport
- One bill / proof of adress in your resident country
+ Some CASH money (I kno its 1K for open standart chartered acct, 1K HKD)
I think its better also to have ID card from resident country (More proof = more security for the bank)
After ppl in Hong kong open the account , then you can wait (stay in hong kong arround 10days) for pickup your debit card in one branch, or back in your country and receive debit card + starter kit (login for online banking ..) by shipment.
Singapoor bank is same process, but have more high minimal deposit.
So the minimal cost of opening one offshore bank acct for save your money (fuck GOV)
its arround 1900EUR - (For me, fly to hong kong & back is arround 700E + Hotel)
Hope i have help !
