Is hide-my-ip / hide-my-ass like a vpn, or like phelper+proxies.... I'm assuming you cant pick by state/zip code like lots of Vendors of online (hacked socks most likely on infected compouters /botnet proxies).

Do you know anything about JURISDICTION. What type of logs are kept, if they co-operate with LE, etc...
