AlertPay

Does somebodys tried to card throw it? i got succes few times, but after it i'm always getting error like this:

Your credit card has been disabled with AlertPay. Please contact AlertPay Customer Support for assistance.

I don't believe that all people disabled payment on AP, so maybe somebody has some ideas, what's the prob?

I didn't added it, just payed throw it. credit card payment throw alertpay , like an paypal payment throw credit card.

Thats just fukin unbelieveble, maybe somebodys knows, does AP very sensitive to IP you are using, and owner city? cause now i get this error every time:
Your transaction has been declined by your card issuer. Please contact your card issuer for more information.
