to fund LR Google exchangers in your location base your search on what funds you have available, open an account at www.libertyreserve.com, make sure you activate your account before sending to exchanger else they wont be able to send funds to your account; once you have all this in place and your account funded you can then pay for registration.

Could an Admin please provide instructions on how to get registered via payment.
I currently live in a country where credit card use has up to now been very scarce. However, it is on the rise. And because of that, many merchants are not actively aware of carding. When using my card here I notice that the majority of merchants don't bother checking signature, card number or any other features.
Majority of cards issued here are 101, some 201 but still sign instead of pin. Pin only required when 206. There are also some ATMs around that only read mag strip and not pin. Law enforcement here is so corrupt that they can easily be bought out. + with the sheer amount of people living here + lack of camera and monitoring in general makes it an ideal place to card.
I have just bought a bunch of pre-paid visa cards + msr-206. And really want to get started carding.
I'd really like to get access to some trusted approved dump sellers and don't want to get ripped.
I'm honestly a newby at this and would like to learn more from the registered section. I've already tried reading as much as I can in the free section of this forum and other forums.
If I could get vouches and or how to make the registration payment I'd really appreciate it.
