I Have Skimmed Tracks, Need Help!

I have skimmed tracks from a Mini123, and all tracks i get with the bin from chase, i used to check them through a inside connect in chase just by giving them the 16 digit account number from the track and they used to give me zip code and balance. if anyone can do this for me for any USA bank (BOA, Chase, Citi, TD, etc...) i will pay for this service $50-$100 per check, and I usually get 5-10 a week to check and if it can be done I know other teams that would pay for this service in the area im in.
