Not even 10% of dumps on the market will swipe for that amount. Get back to reality. Eu is already rare and what usa dumps will work for that? Almost none.

maybe if you remove region block and pre auth the spending . 5k isnt hard at all .. ive successfully done almost 20k on a amex and done 11k on visa's all usa bins .. but you have to work on them ... turn them into your cards
