U could cash all 201 with pin . But have few prb .
- 201 have chip and new ATM read chip to approval transaction . uSE only old ATM They dont read chip in card .
- IF u have just a Visa National u could only use in country of card .
Best thing u encode the track in chip card !! working 95% .

Did the banks I told you to go to, did it work like I said!
If you have UK D+P's and they are being blocked there is a little way to get them from unblock. If your in a big city buy with the D+P a T-shirt,Hat. Then go to atm, 75% work after being blocked.... Let me know if this works for you too!!!

ask the guy who claims he can do that, whats the bins he last cashed, with what results, how they paid, if they pay b4 and after reset, those types of questions.

if u have 201 code dump, u will need to use older atms. check for standalone atms in gas stations, or small shops. the newer ones will automatically block 201 transaction when u swipe card if its not infact a "201 code plastic" (atm can tell it has no chip).
also UK 201 are hard all over the world man, try to get ur hands on just other country D+P and u may have better outcome...good luck

As people have stated, use the ATMs in gas stations and/or bars. They will allow you to withdraw.
