i gon't know about him someones elses already sold bases, but most of dumps are valid and very low on balances. i had never seen this happen before, but some other dumps.. like the ones no one wants to work they swipe for an acceptable amount.. and for that i had to use a ratio of 5/10. and this are dumps that no ones really works.. maybe thats why.. as far as eu dumps.. they are the lowest in per swipe amount. i mean less than $100. but i still don't understand why so low.. but other sellers have the same results as well.. i guess is just a market thing right now.. but so far i am not loosing money since bestdumps had given me honest exchange. as far as ripping goes maybe who knows.. maybe never, there are a lot of sellers out there who claim to sell fresh stuff but sell generated or cvv turned into dumps like switchswitch. as far as this bestdumps site i think so far it is a good one just that validity is not as high but a least they swipe for something, (switchswitch stuff approve on checker for a month but don't swipe at store for milk). shero has regular updates, and i think he has an investment on a site that is working just right.. we just need the right dumps to make it work for the people that spend the cash.
