Cashout in Spain

let me giv a try ths syd.um in south africa. need to buy atm skimmer. any1 selling them. pm me pls

u must have TR2 and TR3 for cashout in spain a spain card
Just TR2 ( international ) try other country ( if 101 ,201 card )

Spain cards = 201 chipped card , so it wont cashout in spain or in any eu country . ur best option is to travel to usa or any other non eu country to cashout . USA by far is the best though. or u can avail the service of a casher , like myself against a small PErcentage , for better results and less dead cards !
