we have not even spoken.this shows that you a very rash in your opinion.
meanwhile,this method is NOT the vesta (public knowledge) method.
I wll never sell this method to you no matter how much you wanna pay me.
have you funded payoneer mastercard before??
The method works for both payoneer and netspend premier.

I sell because i don't have sufficient cards for carding and sufficient netspend cards.I can only do a maximum funding of $250 via netspend per day.I need to make more money.

i am not very sure and not have time to verify
but when you apply for netspend online
with good ssn and dob valid
after signup they ask if you want to fund money from your other account
in this case 19 from 20 attempt are denied
not want to trash thread but in case this is method it is very saturated

my method is non of these.i am aware of all the methods known to the general public.It does not even entail vesta loading !
also, it cannot be re-sold!
if you really are curious,contact me and try it out.i'm only selling for a limited amount of time.
