so i always hear good results about eu dumps, going for 1k, 2k, even 3k+,
since they are more expensive than usa, i've only bought about 10 here and there. i've tried germany, spain, italy, sweeden, isreal, uk and au, nothing worked. anybody got any suggestions on which country and which banks i should use? is debit or credit more user friendly? any help would be much appreciated, tired of this 200-500 max on usa dumps

eu dumps are good but very securized now , better use skimmed EU dumps (T1,T2) original , debit card are the best .
use always 101 code and lot of work only 1-2 swipe then decline .
After Country / city are very different , some are IN RED ALERT by bank system ( East europe country ) .
(ex: u try swipe in Roumania a Spain gold 80% of dumps got decline on pos )
Personally i use lot of US dumps in europe for good amount 500-2keur per card .

for conclude :
1:Good city/country
2:Skimmed / debit
3:Smart/Clever

Sorry, i didn't clarify correctly, i'm trying to use eu in usa, east coast in particular

for only with credit bins , debit if not have money , they will not work
For France use Brazil 101, you will be happy with resultats
