- choose one good cc of a bank of ur choice .
- Go on bank website and see whats u need for enrolled ur card .
- Buy ur stuff ( ssn , dob , dl , mmn ...) . Here u have Devi for buy that .
-Then enroll ur card on the bank site and acces to ur online card account .



Change personnal info of this enroll ( put ur drop adress and phone )


now ur enroll are made .


- Go on paypal website . Create ur account with SAME info like in enroll , with ur drop and phone adress of course .
put cc info ....etc

now u could ask for verification of ur paypal account ( with 2 credit ...)

wait 1-2 day for see on ur enroll account amount credited by paypal , put it on paypal account .

Now paypal are verified with ur drop adress .

Yes . U could ask remplacement card of ur enrolled bank ( options present online ) , but it is good if u have the pin code of the card .
Without pin only shopping .
