Hi there!

I got actually dumps + pin all French they are 221. I did not buy them from a vendor but simply scamed them so I know they are Approved.

But I got a little problem, when I put dump into the plastic and go to the ATM (in France), it asked me for pin then for the amount I would like to withdraw. Once I gave it the amount which was around 100 Euros, the ATM swallowed the card and no money cames out!!

What happened?

Some people said to me that French ATM can detect if there is chip on card or not and all French card got chip so if your plastic have no chip it will be swallowed. But I do not believe because How tourists will Withdraw??

Anyone can give me advice?? also can I use French Dump+Pin in UK to withdraw?

Yes that true. You need to find atm without chip reader. Allmost all europe atm`s are with chip reader. Use cashout service or find good atm.

You need old type ATM which is VERY tricky (or almost impossible) to find in Italy and in UK. That ATM must not be able to read chip so it will "fallback" to magstripe and use it.
Thats only one problem.
201 - chip
221 - debit chip. almost all debit chip cards are usable only in origin country of emission (France in ur case). SOmetime they work in other contries... but not allways.

Oh what good luck I got!!

80% of my dumps are 201 so I can cashout them in UK?

If yes do you think that ATMs (which are outside corner shops in London which take commission for withdrawing services) are suitable for me? I mean if they dont read on chip...?

I am based in the USA and have alot of experience with cashing (about 7 years) chipped cards (thats assuming they work in USA to begin with)...in other words I know which ATMs it will work at and which not......PM me and maybe we can discuss more business. I can cash entire ATM + POS Limit.

men did you look at what the atm say ? cause i doubt the machine will swallow it but anyway if your certain that your shit works just take a plane to mexico and enjoy your field trip there....

Sri Lanka , India I think works too. Probably some atms in East Europe. But hitting Cancun with a bunch of d+p is the best choice

U understand what a service code is? 221 201 ect are service codes they determine were a card can be used. 221 is not country clocked the UK is out of the question ,so do as some these guys suggest, go to Mexico or pay to play...simple.

A card getting taken at the ATM suggests the dump you used was Dead nothing to do with a chip. You can 00 all day long on a dump checker Viola you use the card at the ATM it is no good.

This is true!

If you to try to withdraw, the ATM will ask you for PIN then the amount you 'd like to withdraw, at this time you will think everything is fine and that you will get your money, but at the end the ATM will say it cannot give you the money (don't remember their exactly word). BUT it will NOT swallow your card at the end, ATM will give you back the card.

You have to find ATM that don't read chips in FR or UK (good luck) or I heard you have to go to east europe or south africa.
