Do you know of any good vendors ? I use Brian’s club but cards there are expensive and hit or miss with no refunds.

I’m looking for a verified seller that sell good active ccs. I use Brian’s club but a lot of the cards there are dead some are hit or miss. Also anyway of hitting Costco or Sam’s Club ? I had a great run in 2023 however it’s been harder ever since
