Just a fake shop. Their rules are setup that you pay 1.00 to check the card. 1.00 to request a refund also. They have a rule that they will only refund so many no matter if you pay for the checker and it comes back as 05 code. 7 cards, 1 was live with noting on it. wasted time an money here...
