[Tutorial] Create Verified PP Acct with IBAN for Cashout

1. Go to https://bank.paysera.com/en/registration#/registration (Based Lithuania)

• Create account > personal account
• Register with Fake name with USA Address
• Need real US mobile number for receiving SMS
• Activate your account & upgrade to Level 3
• You need to upload your photo ID/Passport
• After you have complete upgrade Level 3, you get IBAN number (Lithuania Bank) with VISA Debit Card send to your US address

2. As you already got IBAN from Lithuania Bank you need to go https://www.paypal.com/lt/webapps/mpp/account-selection

• Create new account with fake name+address, need
• Fake ID/Residente Permit/Utility Bill/Address proof
• Virtual Mobile
• Verified the acct

3. Start cashout your CC to Paypal. Continue.
