Why there are people advertising cloning cards and cashing out if all todays ATM don’t use magstripe and use EMV?
I keep informing my self about skimmers everyday to learn, but today you can still clone a card and cashout? If there is a few or no ATMS that accept magstripecards info only , why people still using skimmers? To copy fresh data and buy Crypto?

After that, carders write them onto card blanks and cash them out at ATMs. With the right approach, this method still works. When a card is inserted, ATMs turn to the magnetic stripe and chip, trying to read the information and work with it.

Cloned cards with balance are sold only to scammers with full prepayment without a guarantor. Avoid such offers. This is a banal deception and fraud.

But if you only cloned the magstripe how you deal with the chip? ATM require both info, what’s the right approach?
