We check MASTERCARD/VISA cards for the possibility to make a refund (refund). For verification, we use different merchants from the USA, sometimes Canada or Europe.
Everything is strictly individual, it does not work with every bank and not in every country.
In general terms, what is a refund? We use the shortcomings of payment systems around the world, making refunds for non-existent transactions on drop cards.
Different cards and BIN
RULES:
1. Write me on Telegram if you have drops in different part of the world with diferrent bin cards
2. On the working bins i do transactions only if: you have service/deposit/feedbacks or via escrow.
3. Your cut is 70%, my cut is 30%.
4. After test if BIN it is working, money must come in Instantly
5. Cards that i can work with: VISA/MASTERCARD/prepaid/vcc
