I don't own this service and am not advertising it, but I've been using it recently and have found it to be one of the best out there! Fully anonymous, no logging, all OpenVPN based. Extremely easy payment by LR and easy setup! For security reasons, the guy doesn't advertise where the servers are located, but you can register for free on his site to see. He's a registered vendor on kurupt.cc . More countries and special configurations coming soon he says! I've been using his single vpn configuration and it's one of the fastest I've used.
