A friend of mine told me that carding with dumps is dead due to enryption and staff (in Europe)
Still i see a lot of people selling dumps

My question: Are those all scams or does real carding still exist ?

Cloned cards in Europe still work if:
1. Old ATMs that only access a magnetic stripe.
2. For new ATMs you need to record the chip (if you know how to do this and you have the necessary data and software).
