As a result of the "cooperation" with Greenstar Mining, customers did not receive any equipment or money transferred to fraudsters for it.
By the verdict of the Oktyabrsky District Court of Irkutsk on April 11, 2024, the defendants were sentenced to imprisonment for terms ranging from 3 years, 8 months to 4 years with serving the sentence in a general regime penal colony. The fate of victims civil claims has been resolved.
