Very important clean your cookies before do any step.
1. First thing always get socks or VPN but dont use hma and zenmate and dead vpns use expressvpn, nordvpn, privatevpn etc
2. Get a united states & united kingdom credit card with full info without ssn or ddb etc. Other countries rarely work.
3. Turn on your vpn with usa country as cc country. You can uk cc or usa only.
4. Enter credit card information 100% and name 100% don't put randomly address and put cc number etc
5. Don't try up 5 attempts then your ip + your cookies will be banned by stripe if banned always you will get Card was declined
6. You will get confirmed 100% then they will ask you to verify phone use textnow or better private sms
Try with high bins of usa or uk dont ask me for bins.
If you dont follow my steps make sure you will get removed and not confirmed.
