Today you will become a better person and find a job, enjoy reading!

So, recently I started visiting forums and came across some very interesting things.

Exactly:
  1. Eternal job search from EXPERIENCED individuals in ALL areas. Whether it is registration of exchanges, refound, sales or cash out.
  2. Lack of subordination for applicants.
  3. Lack of the ability to correctly compose a resume.
  4. Inability to read and understand what is required of the applicant.
  5. Unwillingness to accept the rules of doing business in our field.
  6. Neglect of other people's time and resources.E
This is only a small part of what I keenly decided to highlight, since these things can be attributed to the majority. Not to everyone, but to many. Let's go point by point and with examples, I will also add my own little thoughts.

1. "I can do everything, I can do everything — they don't take me to work!"

I see a huge number of vacancies from job seekers. From monotonous work to some narrowly focused tasks. I even write to many people, because I need personnel, you can say that on an ongoing basis.

Take statistics: For 10 of my requests, 6 are answered. They answer "Yes, I still need work."And that's it, then silence. I tell a person their tasks, schedule, and salary. And in response, only a complete ignore. They don't even read the messages.
Apparently, I need a job so badly, in such a very active search, that I don't even have time to respond to the message. A busy person, I think you can understand such people.

If you still manage to establish communication with the applicant, it is quite problematic to build a dialogue. All his questions from the first messages come down to one thing: What is the PO? Aren't you going to throw it?

He doesn't care what I suggest, what tasks he will have, whether he will be able to cope with them, etc. He cares about numbers.

Everything ultimately boils down to the fact that even for a test task, a person writes "I couldn't, I can't do it". At the same time, he spent 40 minutes asking about the PO and guarantees. Although he assured me that the job I offer is the easiest in the world.

2. " Bro what's there for work?"

Chain of command is generally a separate topic.

Just imagine: You come after the institute to get a job in a serious law firm. An assistant lawyer, for example. And from the threshold you declare: "Bratva, what's the salary? And then I would well fuck him as a specialist! And in general, let's bring the main person here, let's have a chat with him for life, otherwise I'm bored for now!". What are the chances of getting a job there? Chances remain only to get on the eb... Okay.

So, the question arises: Why is there no subordination when contacting an employer? Yes, in dark, everyone uses" you " to communicate (except for all sorts of services). No one says that it is necessary to write something with humiliation or something else. Just a banal mutual respect. We are not "brothers, bro, sidekick". You come to the interview, show your best qualities. And the most important quality is adequate, competent communication. I don't need people like that on my staff. Communication should be pleasant. You can make a joke, you can discuss something, but do not scratch your tongues at the level of high-level cattle.

Meanwhile, business communication between Gridi and the content manager of this channel...

Also touching is communication in the "wrote-sent" format. One word - one message.
This is generally what kind of fashion has gone to people? I'm talking to altushka 12-year-old? So do they really think it's appropriate?

Here's another example: I sit and set up redirects on sites, connect the mail Corp. and make money to SIP accounts. It is important not to make a mistake and not get confused in the data. And then it starts. "Hi, I'm here about work. Listen, what about the terms and conditions? I just worked 30 years ago, it turns out with experience. And let's decide right away whether you're going to throw or not? Listen, what's the topic, tell me? And imagine that each word or message comes in turn....The cart just boils, but at the same time I do. I need to focus here, and I have an interesting conversation partner.... Chances of getting a job? Again, they are missing.

3. "Take a job. I know how to work. I want to get a lot of money for my work."

Resume. The saddest topic. Finding employees is complicated by the fact that you don't understand the exact skills of your potential employee. He can do almost everything, but at the same time almost nothing.

Not so long ago, I established a normal work area for myself and I had quite a lot of free time. So I was also looking for a job, not even for the money. It was more interesting to learn something new, try yourself in new areas, or just meet decent people from new areas. So I wrote my resume. I do not know whether it is good or bad, but I tried to make it worthy.

I would combine the fifth, sixth, and seventh points into one. "Nah, but what about cho?"

  • Inability to read and understand what is required of the applicant.
  • Unwillingness to accept the rules of doing business in our field.
  • Neglect of other people's time and resources.
You post an ad with a search for an employee, describe their duties and requirements for the candidate. As a result, you get a lot of shit in the spirit of: "What kind of work? What tasks? What's in the PO? What's the schedule? Let me try it? I can't do it, but you can teach me, right? Let me see what the time will be", etc.

Learn to read — all serious employers are as informative as possible about all introductory courses. There are some clarifying questions. You can just read it.

There are certain rules of doing business. If you want to be in demand, get a normal PO, and stay on top of things, be punctual at least. I am constantly confronted with the fact that the manager overslept, the aviatologist got sick, received a PO from a technician and went on a binge, etc. There is a work schedule, there are days off (which are negotiated in a couple of days) and there are emergency situations from which no one is insured. The rest can be considered truancy. Tardiness can be punished with a fine, etc.

The latter is pokhuism. You take a person to work. You set up everything for them, buy them, tell them, and help them. As a result, he works one day and just doesn't go to work in the morning. Without warning, without any motive — in silence, in English. There are also guys who are trying to get a penny right on the move of the foot, and you should expect the same work from such people. I haven't done anything yet, but I'm already asking for money)))
