buying D+P is asking for getting ripped...nobody sells money for money.

embossing is pressing the cc numbers on a blanc plastic
Tipping is giving the number the gold or silver color.

you can find also the answer on the plastic topic or ask any plastic seller they will give you the right answer

There are VERY FEW people who actually sell legit dumps +pin. Most sellers won't sell them since they can cash it themselves.
