one thing i have indulged in is with police here and there , the main thing that keeps you healthy is when caught by fucken po li ce remember to show and keep your body language positive and show that you are confident , look into their eyes when talking to them and do not forget to raise your voice every time he mentions your crime (that shows if you are to say no guilty) , when being put in chains do not show resistance just do not say anything until you get to their office the main thing is to say no comment to anything until they are going to put you back in the cell to hold you as they investigate more , mean while ask for lawyer , normally any where in the world you allowed to contact one and a phone call, so you do that firstly calling you laptop especially if it has voice commander SIRI installed to shut down and encrypt everything + call lawyer they will hold you a few hours and depending its no murder 0r assault you are out and they make thier investigations .....
