I want to buy dumps but I'm limited on funds to also buy plastics to match the numbers so my question is if I buy 10 dumps and only use two right away and not touch the other 8 dumps would they be safe if I just stored them in a text file and used them in a few weeks?

Usually not as most of the vendors are resellers so the dump ur having might be in hand of 1-2 other persons plus if the vendors base gets flagged, your dumps get fucked.
So if you buy dump, use it immediatly or the next day, thats my advice.
