Several years ago, I saw a black money-making scheme on the Internet. How people in the city rented an apartment for a day and rented it out for a month, quick but criminal earnings.
I decided to improve the scheme. And write a small manual for review.
Investments $150.
Profit $500-600.
The essence of the scheme: We arrive in another city, rent housing for 3 days, look for potential tenants on a monthly basis. Rent it out. We receive money for the first and last months of rent.
Necessary materials:
1. Laptop (or a proven document drawer)
2. Left phone.
3. Left SIM cards.
4. Rental forms.
5. Social network and site accounts from 1 year.
Method:
1. Choose a large city, preferably 500-1000 km from your place of residence.
2. Find 2 apartments for rent on bulletin boards, preferably in the center. Check the time when you can book.
3. Pull out photos of apartments. Process the photos. Save.
4. Find photos of other apartments with normal repairs on the Internet. Process and save.
5. Book apartments for 2-4 days.
6. Buy a bus ticket, or better yet, BlaBlaCar.
7. If we can draw the documents ourselves, we do it ourselves; if not, we contact a drawer.
8. Submit ads for renting apartments in the same building where we booked the apartments. (Social networks are better - there are fewer realtors there)
9. Insert photos of the apartment from point 4 into the ads.
10. Arrive at the location. Rent a home. Basically, they rent out housing and ask for either a deposit or a passport. (If you forgot your passport at home, but have photos)
11. Again, draw up documents with registration, in which apartment you have moved.
13. Make duplicate keys.
13. Next, talk to potential tenants. But choose them carefully, many of them are realtors.
Example of a dialogue:
- Hello, the apartment is still for rent
- Which one exactly
- Well, the one at this address.
- Oh, unfortunately I rented it out yesterday, but I have another apartment in the same building, I can send a photo to WhatsApp. I will rent it out soon, because I have a plane tomorrow night.
14. Send a photo. And indicate a price 500-1000 rubles cheaper. Taking into account that the payment will be for the first and last month.
15. Next, wait for the first tenant. We sign a contract. We hand over the keys. We take the money (preferably in cash). But if a transfer, then to a fake card.
16. We do step 15 with the second tenant.
17. We leave. We throw away the phone and SIM cards. You can leave immediately for another city.
18. The tenant will have another day to not report anywhere. He will have fun spending the rest of the time in the rented apartment.
Afterword: Always wear a mask. This is relevant and widespread now. Insert someone else's photo for documents! Be less visible to cameras!
Method without your participation:
1. Find two drops. (The first one is for renting housing, the second one is for renting out).

Example of a personal message:
Good afternoon. Today I arrive in the city at night. I don't have time to pick up the keys and arrange everything myself. I need to rent an apartment at this address. I need to come and sign the documents. As soon as you arrive, I'll send you my documents. After handing over the keys to me, I pay $20. Naturally, you pay the realtor the amount from the card.
In the same spirit, write an ad about wanting to rent out an apartment.
Unsubscribe to the second drop so that he can pick up the keys. Transfer the money to the first one.
The second drop shows the apartment to the tenant, signs the contract. The money is transferred to your card. You make the payment to the second drop.
