My goal is mostly the US banks!!!

My questions:

-How to do the transfer?
-Which banks are cashable? Which are easy to do the transfer from?
-What info needed? What are the requires of the bank?
-What amount can I transfer maximum? Which bank has the highest transfer limit?

I am really need these informations!! So please help me!!!
