What is the main feature of the new model and why is it so important to make sure that it is safe?

Apple hires IT engineers who can crack the latest iPhone 15s smartphone. The goal is to identify vulnerabilities and possible threats that need to be addressed before mass sales start.

The new 15s model is equipped with an A17 Pro chip with a performance core frequency of 3.78 GHz. As Apple points out, the A17 Pro shows outstanding graphics power — the best among all the company's mobile chips at the moment. It is called the "next-generation iPhone chip".

They decided to initiate a check with the participation of third-party specialists after Apple introduced the Lockdown Mode feature of enhanced protection in iOS and macOS. It is designed to protect devices from sophisticated mass cyber attacks. After Lockdown is activated, the smartphone switches to a limited mode of operation: web surfing, taking photos, and communication are difficult. The developers explain:

"This reduces the risk of attacks from highly skilled hackers and spyware."

Apple's head of security, Ivan Krstic, explained the reasons for the new security measures:

"As technology spreads, there are more and more tools for cyber attacks. Technology is being actively implemented in all areas of our lives, which opens up new horizons for hackers. They are constantly upgrading and modifying their strategies to attack the niche they are interested in."

Apple recently terminated its contract with Nvidia and is now developing its own GPU graphics chips. We can say that Nvidia has a powerful competitor.
