bro its impossible to card xoom tht also online forget it..... yes its possible over the phone but the chances r very little..... out of ten times u try c4rd1ng xoom u might get lucky twice..... personal experince

depends in which country u r and wht connection u have with the merchant or bank..... there r ppl i knw who sell gold online and swipe cards in there merchant account without even getting charge back coz they have all the id scans and document to clear there charge back .... i agree its stuff...

i dont think its tht easy to run away with charge back money
