Tried to find a specific BIN from brazil, ALL DEAD and then i got banned... "Reason for ban: Cheating from your account has been deteceted." I wasn't cheating, this is probably because the several dead cards refunds, check the other cards in your base for that bin i bought, you'll see this...

If you are hitting local bins, answer is YES, if international bins, you can't be 100% but probably NO, because most banks now needs to "unlock" the card to use outside the country
