i would say $500 atleast for a beginner if you want to see success & have no experience or guidence.
Most of the cards sold in CC shops are resold cards now so quality is compromised.
1 card can cost you from $10-100,depends on the country & what info you are getting with it.
Even if card is live & has good balance,it does not mean it will work for you. Correct bin is important,carding isn't easy like before so you need to try different bin cards to finding the working bin for your desired site.
Even a professional carder does not have 100% success rate,if they want to card new site it also takes money & time.
But yes,experience helps in saving money & time.
Beginner with no experience will make more mistakes even if he find the good cards & clean proxies.

Other than that,proxies & VPN are cheap.
You can buy OVPN configs for like $15 a month & if you need VPNs like Nord,Express,Pia you can get them for VPN sellers for prices like $2-5 for yearly plans.
You might need temporary phone numbers which costs $0.5-$2 per SMS.
You can buy RDP from $1 too.

About 250 i would say..buy u need to be wise else u just waste money..

$10-50 - CC cost
$2-5 - proxy (socks5)
Total: for the first time you will need a maximum of $55

Сколько тут некомпетентных помощников, делающие упор только на удачу и застрявшие в нулевых (хотя уверен вас там небыло), это просто тихий ужас ...
Кардинг сейчас поменялся кардинально, никто даже и не думает об антифродах, изучении оных - как работают, что видят, что проверяют. Потом надо изучать как работают разного рода мерчи, это тоже одна из защит, как и антифрод. Это только несколько моментов что надо знать. А не спылу, с жару пороть горячку.

Один дебил советует просто впн купить (да еще паблик впн), другой соксы с говно антиком от гологина, следующий о бинах поет. Просто жесть. Порог вхождения сейчас в кардинг очень высокий, тут не в сумме денег даже дело, а в умственных способностях индивида и умению адаптироваться к нынешним реалиям всего что связанно с кардингом. А не просто тупо купить карту, впн-сокс с антиком и бежать вбивать амазон или что там еще на уме.

Изучив все нюансы и детали, можно вбить с одной только валидной карты и не тратить столько денег на уже просто затоптанную дорожку всеми кому не лень. Просто надо понимать что делаешь.

Могу только пожелать всем удачи, чуть больше опыта в понимании всех механизмов кардинга. У всех может получится, если к этому приложить хоть чуточку своего ума, но если ты дурак, то тут никто и ничего не поможет)
