Does anyone know the easiest way to get into a password protected file on windows 10?

I am new to this whole thing of carding and phishing etc. I have acquired a copy of a usb thumb drive. Its contents are all over the map, but obviously its for this type of work. It contains everything from dumps that include account, routing, banks, paydates, ip addresses, phone numbers...
